Jim oversees legal aspects of portfolio investments and structures and negotiates transactions. Prior to joining VantagePoint, Mr. Jensen worked as a Securities Attorney for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a law firm focusing on the representation of technology companies. At Wilson Sonsini, Mr. Jensen represented private and public companies in private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. His experience also includes forming and representing venture capital and private equity funds. Mr. Jensen graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University (BS in Finance) and Order of the Coif from The School of Law at Northwestern University (JD). He is also a graduate of J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management (MBA).
